- A hands-on execution of actions identified in the Sufficiency Plan to create localized transformations of the current state to future state that positively impact Quality, Delivery and/or Costs.
Deployment of a hands-on team to energize the change process. Typically lasting 2-3 weeks, the Blitz creates maximum energy and focus around change activities to drive improved Quality, Delivery and/or Costs.
P.I. will examine your entire supply chain process, which includes planning and benchmarking; spend transparency and analysis; strategic category sourcing; supplier development and rationalization: contract governance and payment disposition.
We will assess your planning and execution involving order configuration and entry; the prioritization of orders and subsequent scheduling, sequencing and component allocation - through finished goods inventory and distribution.
Assurance and management of raw material and component supply coming into the operation along with optimization of material handling, storage and presentation throughout the fulfillment processes.
Actions and plans involving carrier sourcing and administration, warehouse planning and management, optimization of goods distribution and a returnable container program management.
